This Privacy Policy explains how Linkedd LLC (“Linkedd,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information connected with the public Linkedd LLC website, including its guide, membership, email signup, and Portfolio City game.
Who this policy covers
Linkedd LLC operates six brands — Packd, Linked-do-Books, GrainKit, I Pet Love, Men’s Shaver Reviewer, and AnswerBack — as d/b/a (trade) names of Linkedd LLC; they are not separate companies. This policy covers the Linkedd LLC website. If you visit a brand’s own website, buy one of its products, or contact it directly, that interaction may be governed by the privacy policy and terms posted on that brand’s website. This policy does not automatically cover every brand website or every interaction with those brands.
Information we may collect
What we receive depends on how you use the Linkedd LLC site:
- When you browse: basic request information, such as your IP address, browser or device details, the page requested, and referral information, which our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site does not use analytics scripts.
- When you contact us: the email address, name if you provide it, and the contents of your message or request.
- When you join the email list: the email address you submit and the date you signed up. It is stored on the Linkedd LLC newsletter list with our email provider, Resend, and we may send a short welcome email. The signup does not require an account or login.
- When you buy the guide: contact and transaction details needed to verify the purchase and deliver How I Run Six Businesses Solo (Guide), which is currently offered as a one-time $19 purchase.
- When you use the membership: the email address you subscribe with, together with subscription status and related billing or access information needed to provide Build Alongside Me — Linkedd LLC Membership, currently offered at $9 per month. Member updates, a welcome email, and a cancellation confirmation are sent by email to that address.
- When you play Portfolio City: the game saves its fictional run—including your chosen founder name, choices, and progress—in your browser’s local storage under the key
linkedd-portfolio-city-v1. The game does not send that run to Linkedd’s server as game data, and it does not ask you to submit a real business dashboard or real-world performance data. If you are a member and enter your email address to unlock the full game, the site checks it against Stripe subscription records and, if an active membership is found, sets thelk_membercookie described below. The email address is not stored by the site.
Cookies and browser storage
The Linkedd LLC site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only cookie it sets is lk_member, and only after a member unlocks Portfolio City: a signed HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax cookie that lasts up to 30 days, records that a membership was verified, and does not contain your email address. Clearing cookies re-locks the full game until you enter your email again. Portfolio City does not require an account for its opening and saves progress locally in the browser, as described above. Clearing site storage can erase the saved game. Stripe’s hosted checkout and customer portal may use their own cookies and storage once you leave the Linkedd LLC site.
Hosting and analytics
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare may process basic request data, such as your IP address, for security and to deliver the site. The site does not use analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or session recording.
Checkout handoffs
The guide and membership do not collect card details on Linkedd pages. The guide’s Buy button and the membership’s Subscribe button hand you to Stripe-hosted checkout. After a completed payment, Linkedd receives confirmation of the purchase or subscription from Stripe so it can deliver the guide or membership. Members can manage or cancel their subscription through Stripe’s customer portal by signing in with the email address they subscribed with. Stripe and its hosted checkout and customer portal pages may use their own cookies, storage, and privacy practices once you leave the Linkedd site.
Consent and browser controls
Linkedd does not currently present a jurisdiction-specific cookie-consent banner or preference center on these public pages. This policy therefore does not claim that a particular jurisdiction’s consent or cookie-law requirements are satisfied. You can use your browser’s cookie and site-storage controls, with the practical effects described above, or contact us with questions about this disclosure.
How we use information
We use information to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the Linkedd LLC site and its pages;
- respond to questions, partnership ideas, acquisition inquiries, and other contact requests;
- send the free email updates you requested and honor unsubscribe requests;
- verify purchases, deliver the guide, provide membership access, and send related purchase or billing messages;
- troubleshoot problems and help protect the site from misuse; and
- meet business, safety, and legal or administrative needs when reasonably necessary.
Payment and service providers
Payments for the $9/month membership and the $19 guide are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card data, and Linkedd LLC does not receive or store your full card number. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process basic request data, such as IP address, for security and delivery. Email, including the newsletter, membership emails, and replies to contact requests, is sent through Resend. Those services receive the information needed to deliver the site, operate checkout, confirm a purchase, deliver the guide or membership access, send email, and handle related transaction records.
How information is shared
We share information only as needed to run the Linkedd LLC site and fulfill your request, including with the hosting, email, and payment services described above. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with a legal request, protect the site or another person, or address fraud or misuse. We do not sell or rent your personal information or share it with another company for that company’s own marketing.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide a membership or purchased service, answer a request, manage the email list, maintain business and transaction records, or resolve a dispute. We do not promise a fixed retention period. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we may delete it or make it less directly identifiable, subject to records we need to keep and ordinary backups or technical limits. Information saved only in your browser remains there until you clear it or the browser removes it.
Your choices
- Email updates: you can unsubscribe from the free email list by contacting us at the address below and telling us which email address to remove. Transactional messages about a purchase or membership may still be sent when needed to complete that request.
- Access, correction, or deletion: you may ask what personal information we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where appropriate. We may need to keep some information for an active membership, a completed transaction, fraud prevention, disputes, or other recordkeeping needs.
- Browser controls: you can manage cookies and local storage in your browser, with the practical effects described above.
