These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the public Linkedd LLC website and to purchases made through it. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Linkedd LLC and its brands
Linkedd LLC builds and operates six brands — Packd, Linked-do-Books, GrainKit, I Pet Love, Men’s Shaver Reviewer, and AnswerBack — as d/b/a (trade) names of Linkedd LLC; they are not separate companies. These Terms cover this website and purchases made through it. When you use a brand’s own website or buy from it directly, the terms and policies posted on that website may also apply.
What the Linkedd LLC site offers
- How I Run Six Businesses Solo (Guide): a digital guide currently offered for a one-time payment of $19. After a completed purchase, the guide is made available as a PDF through the purchase flow and/or delivery email.
- Build Alongside Me — Linkedd LLC Membership: a membership currently offered for $9 per month. It provides member updates by email, plus the full Portfolio City game, while the subscription is active.
- Portfolio City: a fictional, single-player game and thought experiment. Its opening is available to play without an account. Members can unlock the rest of the game by entering the email address they subscribed with; this is the existing $9/month membership, not a second subscription. Playing the game is optional and does not start a subscription.
Portfolio City uses fictional names, values, events, and outcomes. It is not Linkedd LLC’s financial dashboard and does not represent the actual revenue, visitors, customers, or performance of Linkedd LLC or any portfolio business.
Membership access
You agree to subscribe with an email address you control, keep access to that email reasonably secure because it is used to sign in to Stripe’s customer portal, and tell us if you believe someone has used your membership without permission. We may limit, suspend, or end access if a membership is used in a way that violates these Terms, harms the site, or interferes with other customers. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular schedule of member updates or game updates.
Membership billing and cancellation
The membership is a recurring $9 monthly subscription. It renews automatically until canceled, and the payment method on file is charged for each renewal through Stripe. You can cancel online anytime through Stripe’s customer portal (Manage or cancel your membership) by signing in with the email address you subscribed with, or by emailing tyreeg@linkeddllc.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you will not be charged again, and your membership continues until that period ends. When you cancel, we send a confirmation email to your membership email address with the date your membership ends. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. We do not promise a partial refund for unused time in a paid period. If you need help with a billing or cancellation issue, contact us promptly.
Guide purchases and payment
The guide is a digital product delivered after a completed payment. Because it is delivered digitally, we do not promise that a guide purchase is refundable after delivery, except where Linkedd LLC or applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error or cannot access a completed purchase.
Payments for the guide and the membership are processed by Stripe, which handles your card data. Your payment may also be subject to Stripe’s own terms and notices. Linkedd LLC does not handle or store your full card number. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, and newsletter, membership, and contact emails are sent through Resend; see the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful, ordinary personal or business purposes. Do not:
- break the law, impersonate another person, or submit information you do not have the right to submit;
- copy, scrape, overload, disrupt, probe, or interfere with the site or its normal operation;
- attempt to bypass membership access controls or use another person’s membership;
- share, resell, publicly post, or redistribute the guide, member content, or other paid materials; or
- use the game, site content, or Linkedd branding to mislead people about an affiliation or endorsement.
Ownership and limited use rights
The Linkedd LLC name and branding, site design, guide, membership content, Portfolio City game, and related text and materials belong to Linkedd LLC or the applicable rights holder. A completed purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased guide or member content for your own personal or internal business purposes. It does not transfer ownership and does not permit resale, public reposting, or commercial redistribution. Other than the limited rights expressly described here, all rights are reserved.
Material you send us
You keep ownership of material you send in a contact request, feedback message, or similar communication. You give Linkedd LLC permission to use that material as reasonably needed to read, respond to, support, and operate the service. Do not send material you are not allowed to share or that you expect us to keep confidential unless we have separately agreed to do so.
Disclaimers
The site, guide, membership content, and game are provided for general informational, educational, and entertainment purposes and on an “as available” basis. They are not legal, tax, financial, investment, or other professional advice. We do not promise that the site or content will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for your circumstances. We do not promise any income, business result, customer growth, game outcome, or other particular result.
Limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Linkedd LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the site, guide, membership, or game. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkedd LLC’s total responsibility for a claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to that claim. Nothing in these Terms limits a responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the site or its offers change. The updated version will show a new effective date. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
